As a result of a number of pipeline blocks coming in to management, an additional property manager is required within their established Bristol office based property/block management team to oversee a compact local portfolio undertaking the full range of block duties from initial budget setting to expenditure oversight, buildings insurance, major works consultation (S20) and management, site visits, resident liaison and AGM’s.
The suitable Property Manager / Block Manager will have 3 years block/property management experience, come from a stable career background, ideally hold (or seek to obtain) IRPM qualification and a resident focused mentality in keeping with ARMA/IRPM guidelines.
In addition, the successful Property Manager / Block Manager will reside in or close to Bristol, have reasonable local (block) knowledge and be prepared to work office based with regular site visits and resident meetings.
As well as a basic salary up to £35k to start the successful Property Manager / Block Manager will enjoy a generous pension, 24 days starting holiday entitlement, professional training fund, profit share and a range of other (corporate type) benefits.
