My client is a small but rapidly expanding independent managing agent based in Borehamwood.

Overseeing a portfolio of predominantly RMC/RTM blocks they have grown organically through word of mouth and sound reputation resulting in the need for an additional property manager.

Working with us EXCLUSIVELY in this regard we now seek a quality minded, customer focused Property Manager with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, ideally IRPM qualification (or a willingness to embark on study towards it), a stable career history, proactive management approach and decent IT literacy (particularly Microsoft Office suite).

In addition to having broad exposure to service charges, major works consultation (S20) and management, contractor management, insurances and general site attendance (resident meetings and inspections) the suitable Property Manager will have an excellent telephone manner, good customer service skills, commercial awareness and a smart professional appearance.

The successful Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of approx. 30 blocks (circa 400 flats) comprising long term, well run managements located predominantly in North London

Working out of a modern Borehamwood office, the successful Property Manager will work full time, Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 5.15pm with occasional evening meetings in return for a basic salary up to £38k to start (depending on experience and qualification), 4 weeks holiday (plus public) and a company pension after probation.
