My client is a well-regarded, Birmingham based block management firm.
Due to having just taken on a substantial amount of units they seek an additional Property Manager / Block Manager to help bring on and manage the increased workload.
As an experienced property manager / block manager you will of course have dealt with the setting of service charge budgets, Major Works and Section 20 consultation, contractor management, insurance matters and chairing AGM’s.
Suitable property managers / block managers will be drivers (preferably with own vehicle) and hold relevant qualifications (IRPM / RICS), the latter not being essential.
Salary for the successful candidate is to full in the range of £26-30k + Car Allowance
