They currently require a Property Manager / Block Manager to oversee the day to day running of a high end portfolio (36 properties comprising of 280 units) predominately based in Kensington and Chelsea with one or two further afield, ensuring compliance with ARMA best practice and current legislation.
The successful block manager / property manager will ideally have IRPM I (though not essential) qualification and a minimum of 2 years private sector leasehold property management / block management experience covering a full range of duties including service charge budgets, section 20 / major works, liaising with residents on site, buildings insurance and all other associated leasehold block property management tasks.
