My client is a MAJOR London freeholder with an extensive residential portfolio comprising mansion blocks, conversions, established purpose built flats and some mixed use developments with commercial frontage.
Managing all blocks in-house, they deal with service charge budgets, major works, buildings insurance and repairs for their London wide portfolio via their NW London office base.
Due to workload, they now seek an experienced Property Manager / Block Manager to join their established team overseeing a medium sized portfolio dealing with the full range of property management duties as required.
The successful Property Manager / Block Manager will visit site/estates, chair AGM’s, deal with leaseholder enquiries and generally ensure the efficient upkeep and running of all estates and blocks as required.
Property Managers / Block Managers keen to apply will need 3 years’ experience (either working for a managing agent or freeholder) and ideally (but not essentially) IRPM qualification.
Salary for the successful Property Manager / Block Manager will start around £35k per annum with regular reviews and uplifts as appropriate.
