My client is a traditional, long established, highly accredited, independent “family feel” managing agent based on the West London / Middlesex borders.

They oversee a well-run portfolio of blocks and estates comprising high-profile buildings in prime locations, together with new-build flats, mansion blocks and private estates, many of which have full time staff based on site.

Having experienced steady growth as a result of the directors hands on approach, they now require an additional property manager / block manager to help free up those same directors to allow them the time to pitch for / win more management instructions.

The suitable property manager / block manager will come from a stable career background with clear evidence of progression and ideally (but not essentially) IRPM qualification.

The suitable property manager / block manager will also have managed diverse blocks/estates, be equally comfortable working with developers, freeholders and RMC’s and be able to undertake the full range of management duties from complex budget setting to overseeing high value major works including the S20 consultation period.
