Our client are a highly regarded lettings and block Management Company who pride themselves on their RICS and ARMA-Q status.
They currently seek a full time property administrator / assistant block manager to work from their Leeds based office.
Duties for property administrators / assistant property managers are to include but not be limited to: – Organise and attend AGM’s, keep all company house records updated, liaise with clients and staff to ensure a full company secretary service is provided, be willing to be appointed company secretary for RMC clients.

Working hours for property administrators will be 9 – 5.30, Mon – Fri with 23 days holiday (increasing 1 day per year up to 28 days) plus bank holidays.

Salary for the successful property administrator / assistant property manager is to fall in the range of £20k – £25k + profit related bonus (up to £3,600) and performance bonus with other excellent added benefits after probation (private health care, dental, 7% employer and 4% employee pension etc.).
