In order to cover holiday, sickness and general business demand a mobile multi-site relief manager / commercial property manager is required to travel to numerous sites in London providing cover / management in the absence of the static business centre manager.
The suitable Relief Manager / Mobile Commercial Property Manager will have experience of business space/premises/serviced office management including maintenance, tenant move in’s/outs and the cross selling of in house services (conference rooms etc.)
Relief Managers must be open to travelling within London at short notice (costs reimbursed), familiarise themselves with company policy (and apply it to whichever office/centre they are managing at a given time) and have the ability to diffuse irate tenants in centres where the incumbent managers’ absence has allowed issues to build.
Relief Managers / Commercial Property Managers keen to apply should have 2 years’ experience in the office space market, sound commitment to previous/current employers and of a smart professional appearance underpinned by excellent written and spoken English.
The successful commercial property manager / relief manager can expect a basic salary up to £30k plus bonus, travel allowance and benefits as well as career progression and ongoing training.
