Our client is a large national residential block managing agent with regional offices covering the whole of the UK.
They oversee in excess of 80,000 flats within blocks and estates dealing with the full management cycle from new build handover to service charge collection, maintenance and major works.
They are now keen to recruit a property manager / block manager (or junior looking for the next step) to work from home (or partly from home if junior) with the occasional meeting in their Hertfordshire head office.
Depending on experience duties of the property manager / block manager will vary to include service charge budgets, resident meetings, contractor management, insurance provision, major works (including S20 consultation) and developer (and RMC client) liaison.
Location is key and with our client’s portfolio being based in East London, North London and parts of Hertfordshire. It is preferred that the successful candidate resides in or close to the surrounding counties (the office is based in Hertfordshire so a Hertfordshire / London or Essex address would be ideal).
Total package on offer for the successful property manager / block manager is £34,320 (£30k basic with a £4,320 car allowance paid on top)
