My client is a long-established, highly reputable independent managing agent who has recently been strategically acquired by one of the larger (but still independent) national managing agents.
As a result, a need has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a compact, well run portfolio comprising RTM/RMC, Freeholder and Developer sites situated across East London and Essex.
Working from home, the successful Property Manager / Block Manager will liaise with head office periodically and deal with the full range of duties from setting budgets to overseeing expenditure, identifying major works, going through S20 consultation and dealing with residents face to face and via correspondence.
The property manager / block manager MUST be customer focused, come from a stable career background and ideally (but not essentially) hold (or be working towards) professional qualification.
In addition, the suitable property manager will have the discipline and organisation to work unsupervised from home whilst keeping line management informed weekly.
Salary for property managers / block managers is up to £32k basic + annual profit share, generous pension and corporate benefits package after probation which will include healthcare.
