Health & Safety Risk Assessor – Home Based – up to £45k
Our client is a large national managing agent with an extensive portfolio of leasehold blocks under management.
Within their in-house surveying team, they now require an additional Health & Safety Risk Assessor for the inspection of residential buildings to ensure compliance with current and future Health & Safety regulations/legislation.
Working from home the suitable Health & Safety Risk Assessor will undertake health and safety risk assessments, liaising with clients to ensure understanding, compliance, and proactive resolution of Health and Safety related issues in a timely manner
In addition, the Health & Safety Risk Assessor will create remedial work schedules if required, attend client meetings when necessary, undertake peer review/validation of works, provide technical advice to clients and provide specialist, technical advice and support in line with the appropriate Legislation.
As well as having extensive Health & Safety experience, the suitable Health & Safety Risk Assessor will have a full clean driving licence, travel as part of their day to day working activity and stay overnight nationally where required.
Health & Safety Risk Assessor applicants MUST hold NEBOSH or similar professional qualification/membership.
Salary for the successful Health & Safety Risk Assessor is negotiable but will likely fall in the range of £35-45k depending on experience
