Overview

Our client is a well established, highly regarded independent firm of property managers known for their high levels of customer care, professional standards and tailored service for residents. Their clients include freeholders, investors, developers and other private individuals.

Due to a recent restructure within their Client Accounts Department, they are now looking for a Client Accounts Manager / Head of Purchase Ledger, Credit Control and Treasury to lead a team who support, guide and advise all Accounting Teams.

Duties for the successful Client Accounts Manager / Head of Purchase Ledger, Credit Control and Treasury will include (but not be limited to): –

-Manage the teams responsible for all client accounting matters (Budgeting, Treasury, purchase ledger, billings and credit control)

-Assist with the development of procedures and controls.

-Work with external business partners (contractors, auditors, solicitors and accountants)

-Ensure the department responds quickly and accurately to lessee queries.

-Motivate and develop the team (including training and reviews)

For the successful Client Accounts Manager / Head of Purchase Ledger, Credit Control and Treasury it is essential that you have: –

-Sound knowledge of accounts and legislation

-Staff management experience (minimum 2 years)

-An accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, AAT etc.)

-Experience in support services (treasury, purchase, sales, credit control).

Ideally the successful Client Accounts Manager / Head of Purchase Ledger, Credit Control and Treasury will have experience in using QUBE, working within a residential block management environment and managing an accounting team (although not essential)

Package on offer for the Client Accounts Manager / Head of Purchase Ledger, Credit Control and Treasury will be up to £40k on experience with other company benefits that will be discussed at interview.
