Graduate, APC or Intermediate level Building Surveyor – Major works focus – Hertfordshire
Our client is a well-established, growing, independent managing agent overseeing in excess of 50,000 residential leasehold flats within blocks and estates UK wide.
They require a Graduate / APC / intermediate Building Surveyor to join their major works division based in Hertfordshire where their workload will focus on:
- Major and minor refurbishment works to flats and houses
- Party wall awards, building surveys and schedules of dilapidations.
- Project Management (inception through to completion including contract administration, contractor appointment, supervision and sign off)
- Health & Safety inspections and fire risk assessments
Suitable Building Surveyor applicants will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in general professional and project building surveying overseeing contract administration, project management, dilapidations, party wall awards, maintenance plans, site inspection and health and safety assessments.
Full support and guidance towards completing the APC is offered as well as ongoing CPD and RICS fees once chartered.
The successful building surveyor can expect to receive an excellent package comprising a basic salary up to £33k, company car allowance (£3650), professional fees paid/CPD and after probation, healthcare and pension.
