My client is a commercial property company operating in the office and work space market in London.
As a provider of office, studio and shared work space their buildings are based in prime locations comprising the latest technology, conference rooms and communal reception facilities.
A Receptionist is now required for one of their office buildings in London EC1 where the successful applicant will undertake the following duties on a daily basis:- Man the reception desk at all times, providing a full front of house / reception service for all tenants within the building and their visitors, answer all incoming calls, greet, sign in/out visitors and receive post/parcels as they are delivered, book conference rooms logging their use so as to avoid double bookings/clashes and any other reception / front of house duties in keeping with tenant requirements / business objectives / service levels.
Suitable receptionists will have at least 2 years previous reception experience (ideally within a large corporate or city environment) alongside switchboard experience and Microsoft Office.
In addition reception candidates will be of smart professional appearance with excellent written and spoken English.
The successful Receptionist can expect a starting basic salary in the region of £20k with a benefits package and excellent prospects of career progression.
