Our client is an established property company who manage in excess of 200 estates in and around the Surrey and Hampshire areas.
They seek a block manager / property manager to oversee a local portfolio (to be determined at interview) from both home and office (Godalming)
The successful flexible working block manager / property manager will ideally have an IRPM qualification (although not essential) and a minimum of 3 years private sector leasehold property management / block management experience covering a full range of duties including service charge budgets, major works, liaising with residents on site, buildings insurance and all other associate leasehold block property management tasks.
The successful block manager / property manager will have shown strong commitment to past employers.

Remuneration to start will comprise a basic salary of £25k – £29k with a car allowance (£4,000) paid on top.
