Our client is a well-established independent firm of chartered surveyors providing the full range of residential survey, valuation and wider professional services to privately instructing clients across the North West of England.

As a fully independent, traditional set up they enjoy an excellent local reputation which sees business procured through both recommendation, repeat clients and larger organisations seeking specialist local expertise / presence. They are not a lender panel firm (through choice) and therefore do not undertake (or rely upon) high volume mortgage valuation work.

At present they require a full time MRICS / FRICS Building or Residential Surveyor with partnership ambitions to undertake a (non-panel, privately instructed) building surveying / residential valuation / professional services workload including full building surveys, RICS Homebuyer Reports / schedules of condition and related professional work across Lancashire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester and West Yorkshire (divided/allocated to ensure logical working/minimal time spent driving).

Property types inspected are wide ranging so the role would best suit a widely experienced Chartered Surveyor seeking variety, client interaction and a quality (over quantity) focus.

Remuneration will include a strong basic salary, excellent bonus incentives, a car and partnership.
