My client is a firm of Chartered Surveyors specialising in Residential Block management across Greater London / The inner M25.

Overseeing a wide range of residential blocks and estates, they manage service charge budgets, major works, insurance and all associated block management tasks for right to manage and resident management company blocks as well as some new build and freeholder estates.

Due to increased block management instructions / portfolio growth they now require an additional residential property manager / residential block manager to undertake the full range of leasehold management tasks from their Middlesex / West London office base.

Suitable Residential Block Managers will have 3+ years block management experience comprising budget setting, major works management and resident liaison including AGM’s. Ideally (but not essentially) the successful block manager will also hold IRPM or RIC qualification.

Remuneration for the successful block manager / property manager will range from £30-40k to start with genuine career prospects and ongoing professional development.
