My client is one of the larger, national managing agents with an extensive UK wide portfolio and strong ties to a range of developers, freeholders and social housing providers.
They require an ambitious, office based junior Property Manager to oversee a compact portfolio of blocks ensuring client and resident SLA’s are met whilst liaising with senior property managers working remotely.
The successful Junior Property Manager will be desk based, assisting with service charge budgets, major works, maintenance, contractor management, insurance and all client/resident correspondence as received.
Suitable Junior Property Managers may hold IRPM qualification and will be familiar with ARMA guidelines and good practice.
The successful junior property manager will attend sites and meet residents face to face occasionally, so must be able to multi task in order to carry out their varied desk based property management duties alongside time away from the office
Remuneration for the successful junior Property Manager will include a basic salary up to £24k to start plus corporate benefits including private health cover and pension.
