As a result of their sustained growth and excellent reputation, they are eager to speak with freelance/consultant residential surveyors who are keen to move away from high volume / low fee mortgage valuations and focus on bespoke, privately instructed reports for high fees.

Surveyors working with our client will need to carry their own Professional Indemnity Insurance (but they DO NOT undertake lender work so premiums are VERY low) and enjoy a high fee split (60/40 in favour of the surveyor) of an excellent fixed fee scale (minimum £300 for a basic valuation).
