Overview

Our client provides non-serviced office, commercial and industrial space on short to long term leases to business of all sizes across London.

In order to effectively manage its commercial (office) portfolio and the staff based on each site they require an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee an office portfolio (comprising 4 x office complexes) from a West London office base, covering a maternity contract.

The successful Commercial Property Manager will have responsibility for managing and developing occupancy levels, ensuring maximum rental income, overseeing FM and maintenance matters, recruiting/managing on site staff, conducting viewings of vacant units/space, developing initiatives to maximise new business, liaise with in-house finance/service charge teams, network within the local business community and ensure all company and H&S directives are complied with.

Suitable commercial property manager applicants will have sound property management experience, excellent customer service skill, decent service charge and rent understanding with a professional appearance and excellent written and spoken English.

Remuneration for the successful Commercial Property Manager will include a basic salary of up to £43k plus bonuses and benefits. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
