Cladding Remediation Surveyor
My client is a well-established, multi-discipline surveying firm covering a wide range of specialist and general practice surveying matters across the UK.
Due to current and future contracts, they have a substantial volume of cladding related work and seek an ambitious, motivated and independent surveyor to join their team.
The suitable Senior Surveyor candidate will:
- Hold AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS or MCIOB qualification or equivalent
- Have exposure to Cladding Replacement / EWS1’s
- Have extensive major works/project management experience
- Have the ability to mentor/lead graduates
- Present to clients acting as the face of the business on key developments
The ideal Cladding Remediation Surveyor would be able to assess and manage projects of repair, refurbishment, and maintenance across a range of high value sites UK wide, with a specific focus on cladding. The role will include aspects of planned maintenance, reinstatement costing and have experience of cladding issues on top of a range of professional services.
The successful Cladding Remediation Surveyor will have the flexibility and the option to work primarily from home (essentially managing their whereabouts according to the needs of projects).
In return our client is offering a generous salary up to £70k p/a (DOE), the potential for a director-level appointment within a short time frame, autonomy to undertake work to best professional standards, rewards for business development and all travel and business expenses covered.
