Our client is a traditional practice offering the full range of Building Surveying services to both residential and commercial clients across East London, Essex and Hertfordshire.
Following both a recent acquisition and general upturn in instruction levels they now seek an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor (on a permanently employed basis) for a mixed professional workload that will include Building Surveys, Party Wall Matters, Schedules of Condition / Dilapidations, Homebuyers Reports / Valuations (and where an applicant has relevant experience) rent reviews and lease renewals.
Suitable building surveyors will have 3+ years PQE, ideally hold VRS accreditation and be familiar with (or live within) East London/Essex and Hertfordshire.
Whilst the role includes lender instructed valuations, it DOESNT focus on them solely so the position may suit an experienced Residential Surveyor keen to vary their workload without missing out on O.T.E and residential sector developments (best of both worlds?).
In terms of remuneration, the suitable building surveyor can expect a basic salary circa £50,000-£65,000 + target driven bonus and other negotiable benefits including a car allowance and pension
