Overseeing a large (and growing) portfolio of leasehold flats/blocks they provide the full range of block management services from service charge budgeting to major works management and insurance.
Having recently expanded their team and systems providing extra capacity, they now seek a competent, well connected Business Development Manager to grow their block portfolio through the onboarding of additional RMC, Freeholder and smaller new build estates within the inner M25 / Greater London primarily and beyond thereafter.
The suitable Business Development Manager will have a long standing background in Property (Lettings / Development / Block Management) with extensive contacts (and dependable relationships) built with Developers, Freeholders, Resident Management Company (RMC) Directors and larger Private Investors.
The successful Business Development Manager will identify unhappy sites/estates (in terms of their existing managing agent) and sell them the services of our client with the aim of taking over their management to improve service.
Business Development Manager applicants will need to have strong property market knowledge, technical understanding of block management and outstanding sales skills in order to close deals.
Naturally the successful Business Development Manager will be well rewarded, with a basic salary up to £43k, prestigious company car and commission taking OTE easily beyond £100k.
