Our client is one of the oldest property companies in London who specialise in Residential and Commercial management across the UK

As property managers, they oversee a number of highly prestigious, landmark developments / estates on behalf of freeholders, house builders and Resident Management Companies

Due to an increased demand for their block management / property management services, they now require an additional property manager / block manager to join their established block property management team in Central London / West End overseeing a prime portfolio

The successful property manager / block manager will ideally hold AIRPM as a minimum (although not essential) and have experience in dealing with the setting of service charge budgets, AGM chairing, insurance provision and claim, building inspection, site staff management, contractor management and general daily resident / director liaison.

Ideally the successful property manager / block manager will have shown good commitment to previous employers and be comfortable in dealing with developers at a high end.

The successful property manager / block manager can expect a basic salary from £33k – £40k on experience with other benefits after probation (pension, healthcare and travel fare loan)
