Our client is a highly regarded chartered surveying practice and property management firm.
They currently have a requirement for an experienced Property Manager (Block Manager) to oversee a manageable portfolio largely located within a reasonable distance of their offices in Folkestone, where this role would be based.
As a seasoned residential block manager / property manager you will have experience of setting Service Charge budgets, Major Works and Section 20 consultation, contractor management, insurance matters, AGM’s and a bonus would be Tier 1 Tribunal.
The suitable Property Manager / Block Manager will live within a reasonable commute of Folkestone, hold a full UK driving license and own vehicle. Relevant qualifications (IRPM / RICS) are desirable but by no means a requirement – experience and commitment will suffice in their absence.
Salary for this position is to fall in the range of £30k – £40k on experience.
