My client is a highly esteemed property management and consultancy firm with offices across London and the South.

They currently have a requirement for an Associate / Director level property manager / block manager who can manage and win new business across the South / Sussex region (from a Brighton based office) and oversee / support a junior property manager who will be looking after a smaller properties portfolio.

As a senior property management professional you will of course have experience setting Service Charge budgets, dealing with Major Works and Section 20 consultation, contractor and site-staff management, buildings insurance matters and chairing AGM’s.

In addition, the successful candidate for this position will have overseen teams, been involved with sourcing, tendering for and winning new business, and providing strategic guidance to staff and directors.

Relevant qualifications (IRPM / RICS) are highly desirable but certainly not essential – experience and loyalty will suffice in their absence.

Salary is to fall in the range of c.£40k – £55k + £5,700 Car Allowance and is an opportunity to join a company whose name is synonymous with quality and prestige in the property management sector.
