Our client is a Hertfordshire based property management company that manages apartment blocks and estates within the local area.

As a result of further demand for their block management / property management services, they now require an additional assistant service charge accountant / assistant property accountant to work within their established team from a Borehamwood based office.

Daily tasks are to include but not be limited to: – Posting all incoming cheques on Propman and paying in books, respond to all incoming emails with accounting queries, take all cheques received to the bank to pay in, chasing for service charge and ground rent arrears.

Monthly tasks are to include but not be limited to: – Bank reconciliations for all properties bank accounts, logging all bank transfers from all accounts on Propman, Prepare a list of the next month’s year end accounts for budgets to be prepared.

Working hours will be 9 – 5.30pm with 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
