My client is a leading regional independent property group (Managing Agents) overseeing residential block portfolios across the UK.
They require an assistant property manager / assistant block manager to assist members of the team in the management of a mixed portfolio (freehold / RMC /new build/conversion & established estates) of leasehold blocks of flats situated across London from a Central London office.
You will ideally have 6 months – 1 years previous experience of property management / block management with knowledge or a keen interest to progress with the following: -service charge budgets, S20 consultation / major works management, contractor management (gardeners, cleaners and the like), insurance provision, health & safety inspection, AGM’s / Resident / Site meetings and client (freeholder / investor) liaison in relation to new business development.
Our client uses the QUBE system so ideally the successful candidate will have experience of this or similar software.
On a personal level, the successful assistant property manager will ideally hold the IRPM qualification (although not essential), have excellent communication skills, be well presented, have a “can do” attitude.
You can expect an excellent starting salary from £22k – £25k with excellent scope for long term career progression.
