My client is a medium sized, well established independent block property managing agent based in a small, picturesque town along the south coast near Dorset.
With a compact, local portfolio comprised of RMC, RTM, Freehold and some smaller developer sites, they service clients across Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch and the closely surrounding postcodes.
Specialising in lower volume estates requiring bespoke service, they pride themselves on a personal touch whilst undertaking the full range of management duties from handover to budget setting, insurance, long term maintenance plans, contractor appointment and management, S20/Major works and resident meetings.
As a result of new management instructions won, they now need to expand their property management team and seek EITHER a competent property administrator to assist the team OR an experienced Assistant Property Manager able to manage their own portfolio immediately.
At either level, the successful Property Administrator OR Assistant Property Manager will need to have a strong service mentality, good grounding in/exposure to the wide array of block management tasks (even if just administrating them), a stable career history and live in or within commuting range of Dorset.
Hours of work for the successful Property Administrator OR Assistant Property Manager are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and salary will range from £18-24k depending on experience and qualification.
