My client is a long established, highly reputable, multi office firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property Managers specialising in Property Management and Surveying matters across the residential and commercial property sectors nationally.
As property managers, they oversee a number of highly prestigious, landmark developments / estates on behalf of freeholders, house builders and Resident Management Companies.
Due to an increased demand for their Property Management / Block Management services, they now require an additional assistant property manager / assistant block manager to assist in the management of a residential portfolio from their West End Head Office. The successful candidate will also be required to spend 1 day per week on site in Kent and 1 day per week on site in Essex so a full driving license and car are essential.
Suitable applicants will have 1 years block experience and have knowledge / experience with service charge budgets, major works, buildings insurance, AGM’s and general day to day resident liaison.
Whilst IRPM qualification is desirable, it is not essential although you will have the chance to study as part of their ongoing career development.
