My client is a long established, highly accredited and extremely well regarded firm of Estate Agents and Property Managers specialising in property sales, property lettings and block management.
With an almost 200 year presence in the prime London market, they service Kensington, Chelsea and Marylebone offering clients an extremely high level of personal service whether they be landlords, tenants, lessees or freeholders.
As a result of demand / a growing LET portfolio under management, they now seek an additional intermediate level (6 months to 1 years’ experience) Lettings Manager / Lettings Assistant to join their existing LET Property Management team assisting with (and overseeing where able) a wide range of Letting Management duties including (but not limited to):
– Rent collection
– Payments to Landlords
– Contractor appointment and management (relating to repairs)
– Check in and Check out at tenancy start/end
– Service of notices as required
– General day to day landlord and tenant liaison
The successful intermediate / assistants Lettings Manager / AST Property Manager will need a minimum of 6 months Lettings experience within the prime London market, have excellent written and spoken English, a professional image and good understanding of both Landlord and Tenant legislation (in relation to Lettings) and ARLA (Association of Residential Lettings Association) guidelines.
The LET portfolio managed consists of flats, houses and serviced apartments and the successful Lettings Manager / Assistant AST Property Manager can expect to work Mon-Fri 9am to 5.30pm with an hour for lunch.
Remuneration for this intermediate Lettings role will start between £20-23k depending on experience with the use of a pool car available for business.
