Our client is a leading commercial business space provider offering new and established companies suitable work space ranging from offices and studios to light industrial units and workshops, as well as co-working environments and meeting rooms.

Due to demand at one of their busy city sites, they require an Assistant premises manager / commercial estate manager / office manager to work alongside the incumbent Estate Manager / Premises Manager / Centre Manager undertaking the following duties on a daily basis:- Providing excellent customer service, conduct viewings, supervising and motivating the on-site team, managing events, facilities management and finance.

The suitable Assistant premises / property / estate manager will come from a commercial or residential property background with strong customer service skill, excellent written/spoken English and high levels of IT literacy. In addition, for those applicants already working in commercial / residential property/premises/estate management familiarity with ECS software would be beneficial as would familiarity with telecoms industry terminology and the ability to communicate this to potential customers.

Once in post the successful Assistant premises manager / estate manager / commercial property manager will need to have the ability to work under pressure, monitor financial, budgetary and occupancy targets and perform in a flexible working environment.

The successful Assistant premises / property / building manager can expect to receive a starting basic salary up to £29k + benefits + bonus. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm.
