Residential Property Asset Manager

We’re working with a market-leading specialist lender, backed by a global private equity fund, to appoint a Residential Property Asset Manager.
This Northwest London Office-based role is a great opportunity for an enterprising and ambition property professional who wants a change from a traditional valuation role, and offers the chance to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties from possession through to sale or loan redemption
- Create and implement tailored disposal strategies to optimise realised prices and timescales
- Liaise with LPA receivers, agents, and contractors to drive results
- Oversee pre-marketing works and ensure tight cost control
- Maintain accurate case records and provide regular updates to senior management
Requirements:
- MRICS (preferred) ideally 2-5 years PQE
- Background in asset management, LPA receivership, valuation, or residential property
- Strong commercial and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation ability
